When you email us, your message is handled by a standard email provider — not by GemReader's app infrastructure. GemReader itself contains no contact forms, no servers, and no analytics. Email is the only channel.
Having a problem with the app?
Support answers the problems people write in about most — books that will not open, locked folders, a library missing after a reinstall — and lists what to put in a bug report so we can fix it on the first reply.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few days. Bug reports with steps to reproduce are prioritized.
